By accessing or using Ethrix AI ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
Ethrix AI is an AI-powered conversational platform offering chat, research, coding assistance, creative tools, and productivity features. The Service is currently in Beta phase and is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using Ethrix AI, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
You agree NOT to use Ethrix AI to:
The execute_python tool is provided for data analysis and legitimate calculations. You agree not to use this tool for any malicious activities, including but not limited to hacking, unauthorized data access, or attacking third-party servers.
By using the Google Workspace integration, you acknowledge that Ethrix AI acts as your authorized agent. Any email sent or event deleted by the AI based on your prompt is your legal responsibility.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without notice.
Ethrix AI uses large language models (LLMs) to generate responses. You acknowledge that:
Ethrix AI integrates with third-party APIs and services including but not limited to Groq, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, DuckDuckGo, and others. Your use of these integrations is also subject to those providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the Service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service downtime.
Each plan (Free, Pro, Elite) has defined daily usage limits. These exist to ensure fair access for all users and to maintain service quality. Attempting to circumvent these limits through multiple accounts or technical exploits is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using a paid plan, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ethrix AI and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.

🔒 Your Privacy Matters
We collect only what we need to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
If you connect your Google Account, Ethrix AI accesses your Gmail (to send/read emails), Google Calendar (to manage events), Google Drive (to read file content for analysis), and Google Tasks. This access is only used to execute specific commands given by you to the AI agent.
We store your Google 'Refresh Token' securely in our encrypted database (MongoDB) to ensure the AI agent can perform tasks even when you are not actively using the site. We do not store the content of your emails or files on our servers.
To provide AI responses, text from your connected services (like email snippets or calendar titles) may be processed via Groq or Google Gemini APIs. This data is processed in real-time and not used for training those models.

Ethrix AI currently uses free-tier API quotas from various providers. During periods of high demand, AI responses may be slower or temporarily unavailable due to rate limits. This is a known limitation of the current infrastructure.
Ethrix AI does not endorse, support, or take responsibility for any content generated by users or produced by the AI in response to user prompts. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws.
